Limited Warranty

The limited warranty and after sales service of Crystal Island

 

1. Crystal Island product quality warranty:

 

 

1.1 All Crystal Island products have CE and SAA safety approved. And they are all complied with the test standard of Intertek approvals.

 

 

1.2 To guarantee the reliability and high performance, all spas and swim spas of Crystal Island must have 77 items of quality inspection passed before leaving the factory.

 

 

1.3 Crystal Island will provide only high quality products to world, and provide worldwide quality warranty. Our warranties ensure you relax and enjoy our products for lifetime.

 

 

 

 

2. Warranty Performance and Coverage

 

 

Crystal Island provide warranty when products failure or defects due to design, manufacturing or defective components. Crystal Island will provide the spare parts for replacement free of charge.

 

 

The warranty that Crystal Island provide is limited warranty on the product quality responsibility. The limited warranties do not include any other expense may involved.

 

 

 

 

2.1 Warranty card

 

 

The distributor or the end user shall provide the necessary information including serial No., model No., failure report and pictures to the factory in details when claim a warranty.

 

 

 

 

2.2 Limited warranty and validity

 

 

Crystal Island provides the limited warranty for followings:

 

 

5 years limited warranty for structure.
2 years limited warranty for shell finish.
2 years limited warranty for nozzle.
2 years limited warranty for jet pump.
2 years limited warranty for control system.

 

 

2 years limited warranty for the complete built unit.

 

 

The above limited warranty will come to effect from the date of production serial code.

 

 

 

 

2.3 Exceptions to warranty:

 

 

1) The following items are specifically excluded from any warranty coverage: 

 

 

a. Any damages resulting from improper use or maintenance not according to user’s manual.

 

 

b. Damaged caused by any anthropic factor.

 

 

c. Any amendment to the product without manufactory’s authorization.

 

 

d. Damage or discoloration to the shell surface due to corrosive or improper cleaning agent.

 

 

e. Damage resulting from improper transportation or storage.

 

 

f. Damage due to acts of God was not covered under warranty.

 

 

g. Natural color fading.

 

 

 

 

 

2) Consumed parts such as filter cartridges, filter lid, spa pillows and cover locks, are not included in this warranty, unless the parts itself has defects in materials and workmanship problem.

 

 

3) Crystal Island reserves the right to revise of the above conditions and terms.

 

 

4) All the replaced parts belong to the property of Crystal Island.

3. Crystal Island product maintenance:

 

 

Crystal Island provides the product with lifetime service. After warranty limited period ends, we only charge the basic service fee when need further maintenance or service. The charge will be based on the materials and the transportation cost.

 

 

 

 

4. Crystal Island service promise:

 

 

Response to any complaints within two working days. And visit the customers regularly for feedbacks, to ensure continually enhance the customers satisfaction.
